*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the management team while ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. *Duties* * Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. * Support the management team in training and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance. * Manage inventory levels, including purchasing supplies and maintaining accurate records. * Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members. * Maintain high standards of customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. * Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity. * Organize team meetings and ensure that all staff members are informed of updates and changes. *Experience* * Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Proficiency in basic math for inventory management and sales tracking. * Experience in training development to enhance team capabilities. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
