*Job Overview* We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals in need. The role involves supporting clients with various activities of daily living to ensure their well-being and comfort. *Duties* - Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Provide medication administration as per individual care plans - Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements - Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities - Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment - Provide support with mobility and transfers as needed *Qualifications* - Experience in senior care, dementia care, hospice care, or caregiving is preferred - Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals in need - Knowledge of home care practices and protocols Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift * Night shift * On call Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Class 5 Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationCalgary, AB
