You?ll work with the team to build relationships with customers, help create sales opportunities, prepare loan documents and prospect for business growth.<p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll do:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers</p></li><li><p>Partner with Relationship Managers identifying and communicating with high potential customers and prospects </p></li><li><p><span>Answer customer inquiries in a thorough and professional manner, creating sales opportunities </span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in the loan approval process</span></p></li><li><p>Review loan files and ensure accurate completion of documentation</p></li><li><p>Enter customer and financial details into the lending system with a high degree of accuracy</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What we?re looking for:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Organized and detailed multi-tasker with strong technical expertise </p></li><li><p>Confident communicator comfortable dealing with solicitors and financial institutions</p></li><li><p>Passion for building customer relationships and working in partnership with a team</p></li><li><p>Independent thinker able to make decisions and resolve issues</p></li><li><p>Analytical skills to notice and resolve errors, problems or numerical data inconsistencies </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What you?ll need:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>A diploma in business and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)</p></li><li><p>Specialized knowledge of lending procedures and approaches</p></li><li><p>A love for agriculture</p></li></ul>- LocationNeepawa, MB
