<p>Founded in 2001, Fed Finance is a recruitment agency that is specialized in accounting and finance positions. <br>Our consultants are finance experts and speak your language. <br>We select the best candidates for temporary and permanent positions. <br>We are committed to working with you throughout your job search and beyond!</p><p>--</p><p>Your responsibilities: <br>- Carry out bookkeeping <br>- Communicate, as needed, with various suppliers <br>- Perform rebilling for various accounting entities (multi-company) <br>- Prepare customer invoices <br>- Process incoming payments <br>- Update customer/supplier files in the accounting system <br>- Support preparation of internal financial statements <br>- Support preparation of files for annual audit <br>- Issue purchase orders <br>- Process GST-QST-HST (Provincial (Quebec and Ontario), Federal) <br>- Prepare customer orders (Medical Devices) <br>- Produce various reports as required <br>- All other related tasks</p><p>Your profile: <br>- Hold a vocational diploma (DEP), an Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) or a diploma in accounting techniques, or equivalent experience <br>- Minimum 2 years' experience in data entry (accounts payable/receivable) <br>- Advanced Excel skills <br>- Bilingualism (necessary to communicate with the different teams, which are both English and French-speaking) <br>- Interpersonal skills with suppliers and customers <br>- Analytical mind and ability to work as part of a team <br>- meticulous and conscientious <br>- Honesty and discretion <br>- Knowledge of Sage 50 <br>- Ability to learn and master new software quickly</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
