Our work environment includes: * Growth opportunities * Safe work environment * Relaxed atmosphere * On-the-job training Responsibilities: - Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cookies - Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste - Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs occasionally Skills: - Proven experience as a baker - Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in baking - Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust ingredients as needed - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of orders - Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
