A high closing rate is key to success in this role. * *Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management*: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, identify new business leads, and develop creative campaigns to drive sales. * *CRM Management*: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client information within our CRM system, supporting overall sales performance. * *Collaboration*: Work closely with our team to share insights, improve strategies, and enhance the overall client experience including in-person customers. * But not limited to\* *Qualifications*: * 2+ years in sales, preferably in print or digital media, with a strong understanding of the value of tailored advertising solutions. * Proven track record in revenue generation and securing new clients. * Confidence in lead generation through proactive outreach, including calls, in-person. * Strong written, oral communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach. * Knowledge of digital marketing and sales tools (asset). * Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. *Compensation & Benefits*: * Competitive base salary with a flexible, tiered *commission structure linked to performance.* * Incentive for every 5-star review earned. * 2-month probation period to ensure mutual fit. * Paid daily breaks, vacation pay, and career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company.
