*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our pet owners, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive company image. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. This is a multi-tasking and the candidate must possess skills to work under pressure. *Responsibilities* * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text in a timely and professional manner. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients. * Analyze client needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. * Process invoices efficiently while ensuring data entry accuracy. * Maintain detailed medical records in the database. * Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience. * Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution that satisfies the customer. *Skills* * Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English. * Ability to analyze situations quickly and effectively to provide appropriate solutions. * Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions. * Previous experience in customer service or the veterinary field is highly desirable. * A positive attitude with a strong desire to help others succeed. * Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
