*Position Overview:*
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with current and past clients to reinforce our commitment to outstanding customer service. You will reach out to prospective clients, clearly articulate our offerings, and work to establish a trusting relationship with every interaction. Your persuasive communication skills and passion for customer satisfaction will be key to our continued success.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct Cold Calls: Reach out to potential customers with a friendly and engaging approach.
* Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Answer questions, address concerns, and offer solutions that meet customer needs.
* Introduce Company Services: Clearly communicate our services, emphasizing value and benefits.
* Track and Report: Log call outcomes and maintain organized records.
* Achieve and Exceed Goals: Meet daily and weekly call and sales targets, with bonuses for high performance.
* Handle Follow-ups: Schedule and perform follow-up calls as necessary to maintain engagement and close sales.
*Requirements:*
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and positively with a variety of customers.
* Sales-Minded: Motivated by sales goals, with a passion for connecting and persuading.
* Organized and Reliable: Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple calls and follow-ups effectively.
* Experience in Customer Service or Sales: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is highly preferred.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, and able to learn new tools quickly.
*Qualifications*
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
* Proven track record in customer service and sales
* Familiarity with CRM software
* Strong negotiation and business development skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
