Overview of your role As a new Service Technician, you will represent the Group by providing quality customer service during the servicing and maintenance of our equipment. You will benefit from continuous support to develop technical skills through field experience and other internal resources. Your Tasks will be: Ensure the maintenance and reliability of our customers' Chicago Pneumatic products, as well as other brands of compressors, be their advisor on general operation and maintenance of their equipment. Set up new equipment and effectively diagnose customers' electrical and mechanical failures. Support our local customer base and support the use of time. Proudly represent the Group's image. Complete timesheets and work orders properly, all on an electronic tablet. Skills sought: Certification in one of the- LocationMontréal, QC
