Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Attend to other financial transactions, such as plane tickets and travel insurance . Calculate cost of travel and accommodations. Handle reimbursement in case of transportation and hotel reservations cancellation. Recommend suitable products. Supervise clerical staff or other travel counsellors. Investigate new travel areas, hotels and other amenities. Manage difficult situations with customers. Perform general office duties. Sell travel products and travel insurance.
