They will be responsible for negotiating settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements, while maintaining adequate production levels and customer relationships. *Qualifications and Skills:* * 5 or more years of functional and technical claims handling experience in an insurance environment * Possession of an Adjuster License * The ideal candidate will have a construction and property background specializing in project management, quantification, and appraisal. * Commercial policy interpretation and experience making recommendations to the market. * Proficiency in comprehending and applying commercial and/or personal lines policy terms and endorsement forms. * The capability to draft memos for review and approval by supervisor. * Proven ability to effectively manage a full caseload within a fast-paced environment. * Outstanding organizational skills, including the maintenance of a robust diary system. * Strong report writing skills. * Must be a team player with outstanding customer service skills. * Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with opportunity for career growth. * Prior experience with TPAs is advantageous. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). * An aptitude for quickly learning new IT applications.
