Reporting to Steele Auto Group's Head Office, you'll work on-site, empowering the dealership team, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Employer-matched retirement savings plan with up to 4% matching, and up to 5% after five years. _*Compensation: Commensurate with knowledge, skills, and abilities. *_ *Key Responsibilities Include: * * Managing the overall performance of the dealership, including sales, finance, service, and parts departments. * Collaborating with department managers to set and achieve financial and operational goals. * Leading, coaching, and developing department managers and staff to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team. * Ensuring that the dealership delivers a superior customer experience and maintains excellent customer satisfaction ratings. * Implementing continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards. * Monitoring financial performance, optimizing cost efficiencies, and ensuring profitability across the dealership. * Manage activities directly related to the supply of vehicles. * Manage activities directly related to the sales and marketing of goods and services. * Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. * Representing Head Office and actioning Steele Auto Groups strategic initiatives. * With support of the HR team being the onsite representative for employee relations matters. *To Be Successful in This Role, You?ll Need: * * A minimum of 10 years of dealership management experience. * Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple departments. * A solid understanding of dealership financials, sales, and service operations. * Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high customer satisfaction ratings. * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. *Preferred Experience (Not Required but Beneficial): * * Experience in managing multiple locations. * Knowledge of automotive retail and wholesale financing. * Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS) and other relevant technologies. *Why Steele Auto? * * Competitive compensation package, with annual wage review * Flexible Health and Dental Plans, 6 different cost shared options to meet everyone?s needs * Enhanced Benefits including Teleh- LocationDieppe, NB
