This is an opportunity for seasonal position with the potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: *Responsibilities:* · Perform physical tasks: shoveling, lifting, sweeping, and carrying weights of up to 50 lbs. · Work outdoors in various weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. · Collaborate effectively as part of a team to meet project goals. · Be available to work long hours from Monday to Friday, with additional hours on weekends as required by the business. · Be prepared to work outside of town if necessary. *Qualifications:* · Previous experience in the construction industry is an advantage. · Must hold a valid driver's license (5-class license preferred). · Must be punctual, reliable, and hard-working. · Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week and respond quickly to job demands. This position requires being on call 24/7 with a maximum response time of 2 hours. · Experience in road construction and snow-clearing operations is a plus.
