Byun Enterprises Ltd. o/a Best Stay Inn are looking for a full-time and permanent Motel Managing Supervisor. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants.) Title: Motel Managing Supervisor Employer: Byun Enterprises Ltd. o/a Best Stay InnTerms of Employment: Full-Time, PermanentWork location: 21 Mall Rd Melville, SK S0A 2P0Offer: $21.63/hr, based on 30-36 hr/wk with 4% paid vacation Overtime: Overtime will be paid after 8hrs/day, or 40hrs/wk Requirements: - Completion of Secondary School - At least 2 years of a related to accommodation service working experience or completion of a hospitality-related college program Language: English Duties: - Ensuring smooth motel operation - Coordinating the scheduling of staff members and room booking as required - Facilitating guest departures by providing accurate statements and ensuring guest satisfaction - Preparing and submitting progress and reports - Handling guests, customer and employee complaints - Responding to any guest or employee concerns and resolving the problems - Ordering supplies and equipment - Recruiting, interviewing, selecting and overseeing training and development of staff Others: We welcome applications from Indigenous people, new immigrants, Youths, Refugees, Elders, and Asylum Seekers etc.Candidates legally entitled to work in Canada can apply.Interested & eligible candidate can forward your resume to:Email: Beststayinnatmelville@outlook.comMail: Po Box #3610 21 Mall Rd Melville, SK S0A 2P0- LocationMelville, SK
