<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR <br />PURPOSE OF POSITION</strong><br />The purpose of this job is to provide corporate user support. Network support, administration of servers, storage & backup device, email servers and database. Warehouse WMS infrastructure design and administration. Internal and External DNS administration. The mandate will include providing problem resolution and support to the organization's network servers. This position will also assist in third party software installations and administration. Current technology trends must be researched and recommendations made to ensure that Ganz is kept in a competitive position in terms of technology.<br /><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br /><strong>Network Administration: On-premises /Azure/Remote office</strong><br />-Support and Configure LAN/ Wan link monitoring and support.<br />-Network Security VPN/Spam Firewall/Internet access Firewall/Wan Balancer configuration and administration.<br />-Configure the route between remote sites and the Ganz Corporation office Network.<br />-Internal and external DNS, Azure DNS master.<br />-Meraki WIFI network support and monitoring. *(Head <span class="long-word">office3/Warehouse/US</span> Showroom)*<br />-Office 365 administration and support.<br /><strong>Server Administration:</strong><br />-Servers monitoring, installation, servers update and troubleshooting.<br /><strong>Storage Device Administration:<br />Backup devices administration:<br />Email servers Administration:</strong><br />-Office 365 email portal <br /><strong>Database Administration:</strong><br />-IceWarp email server MYSQL 5.5.12 administration and support.<br />-Synergize Azure MSSQL database administration and support.<br />-Reform server MSSQL <br /><strong>Warehouse WMS infrastructure administration and support.<br />Internal and External DNS administration and support.<br />Corporation user's support:</strong><br />-<span class="long-word">iPad/iPhone/Android</span> devices users support.<br />-VPN user's connection support.<br />-Reform AS400 invoice integrations.<br />-Cisco IP phone support (Add user /phone/fitness/)<br />-RingCentral administrator *(Add/Remove users, assign user phone number) *<br /> -Support remote sites network.<br />-Wasabi Cloud<br />-Torfp01 files security and sharing<br /> </p></div>Company Description<div>Ganz is the leader in the gift industry as well as children's interactive web entertainment.
