Oaklands Dental in beautiful Victoria on Vancouver Island is looking for a caring, compassionate dentist with strong communication and clinical skills to join our family practice part-time. This would currently be for 1-2 days a week, with an opportunity for more days in the future. We are a seven operatory practice with 4 hygiene ops and 3 restorative ops. We currently average 45 new patients per month but would like to welcome more once we expand our capacity. Our excellent reputation has attracted many contacts that we have not been able to accommod_ate._ We are a modern, updated, digital office offering a variety of intra-oral scanners, iTero digital scanners, CBCT and digital photography. We have a sterilization assistant to help with clinic flow and allow CDAs to maximize time with patients; and an excellent front desk team to facilitate your work flow. We have a very strong recall program, and stellar collections. Independently owned, and open Mon-Thurs- looking to open up Fridays. Minimum 2-3 years? experience. Experience with endodontics, anterior cosmetics and surgery would be a plus! Must be licensed and in good standing with BCCOHP. Schedule - Tuesdays, Fridays.
