This is a full-time role for a Frontend Developer at quickQR located in Mississauga, ON. The Frontend Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with front-end web development, including coding, connecting frontend to the backend, designing user interfaces, and implementing responsive web design. This is an on-site role, and the office is located in Mississauga, ON. Responsibilities: * Develop scalable and reusable frontend code using React.js and Next.js. * Integrate APIs, ensuring smooth data flow between frontend and backend. * Must have skills in UI/UX design. * Design and implement user-friendly, responsive interfaces. * Optimize web performance for speed and cross-browser compatibility. * Conduct code reviews and debugging for clean, efficient code. * Stay updated with web development trends and suggest improvements. * Maintain documentation for frontend processes and components. * Implement unit and end-to-end testing for code reliability. * Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and sprint planning. * Ensure compliance with security, industry standards, and accessibility guidelines. Qualifications: * Front-End Development and Web Development skills * Experience with Responsive Web Design * Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS * Expertise in React.js and Next.js * Experience with Back-End Web Development * Experience with Software Development * Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Gitlab) * Ability to work collaboratively with a team * Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills * Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly * Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field * Preferred 5 or more years of experience within the field We Offer: * A vibrant and creative work atmosphere. * Competitive compensation and benefits. * Opportunities for career advancement. * The chance to work on innovative projects that impact industries globally.
