Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Address customers' complaints or concerns. Mountain driving expertise. Type of trucking and equipment: Tractor-trailer. Communication systems experience: Citizens band (CB) radio. Trip recorder (on-board computer). Transportation/travel experience: International.
