We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p><p> </p><p>We are looking for a Accounts Payable Coordinator for a large and growing group located in the city center... <br> <br>Your duties will include: <br> <br>- Responsible for accounts payable; invoice entry, statement of account verifications <br>follow-up with suppliers and internal partners <br>- Import transactions from various systems <br>- Support in the preparation of documents required for the issuance of T4A, T4ANR and <br>tax receipts <br>- Assists in preparing tax year-end files for auditors <br>- Responsible for building and preparing on a regular basis various reports that will be <br>required for supplier analysis <br>- Filing and archiving of various documents <br>- Support the Finance team</p><p>Your profile: <br> <br>- College diploma <br>- At least seven (7) years of relevant experience <br>- Knowledge of Great Plains an asset <br>- Knowledge of MS Office suite <br>- Desired qualities: initiative, autonomy, organization, rigor, attention to detail, teamwork <br> teamwork</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
