POSITION SUMMARY:Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Operations Lead is responsible for working with the retail team to ensure successful day-to-day operations. Site duties include full working knowledge and operation of the Chemical Shed Storage and all other equipment and facilities.?ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with all areas of the business location to ensure a professional customer experience in an accurate and timely fashionEnsure that health, safety, and security policies are adhered toReceive incoming inventory, ensuring all paperwork is properly tracked and processedAll out-going product orders follow protocol with correct documentation in placeMaintenance of location to ensure the yard and equipment meets company standardsInventory is tracked and entered into accounting system as per company proceduresOperation of forklift for shipping/receiving products via totes and palletsOperations of safe shipping/receiving liquid fertilizer and herbicidesAssist with customer accounts and office dutiesRelationship building with customers to help grow the business in the off-seasonSite safety inspectionsOther Duties as Required?EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Previous work within the Agricultural field is an assetBasic shipping/receiving experience including inventory tracking and entering?OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Mechanically inclined and able to diagnose and repair minor issuesSelf-motivated team player with a positive attitudeFamiliar with, and able to issue/review documentation with accuracy; load-out tickets, shipping/receiving paperwork, and other administrative duties as neededEffective communicator ensuring customer needs are being met and all team members are kept updatedFamiliar with The Rack as a company along with products/services availableMust live near or in the town of Luseland, Saskatchewan?Interested in joining our team?
