The Talent Acquisition Specialist will maximize the attraction and recruitment of talent by partnering with Hiring Managers and the Human Resources team.</span></p><p><span>The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment processes for assigned postings including posting vacant positions, interviews, coaching hiring managers, and communication of Superior Propane?s employment brand.</span></p><p>Bilingual fluency in English and French is required as we also service clients outside of the Quebec Region.</p><p><span>This full-time position is based in Sainte-Catherine (Quebec) or Calgary (Alberta), with a requirement to work in the office 1-2 days/week.</span></p><p></p><p><strong><span>What you?ll do:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Manage full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions including reviewing resumes, conducting initial screening interviews, coordinating pre-employment certification processes including drug & alcohol testing and completion of reference checks, and completion of offer letters for successful candidates.</span></li><li><span>Post positions on the Superior Propane?s career website and external sources including job boards, professional associations, educational institutions, and social media. Conduct regular audits of open positions and use metrics to make advertising recommendations to maximize candidate pool and return on investment.</span></li><li><span>Use various sourcing methods and tools to source and outreach candidates.</span></li><li><span>Maintain the status of job applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), liaising with the Hiring Manager, as required.</span></li><li><span>Work with Recruitment coordinator to facilitate the completion of pre-employment testing and HR Shared Services for offer letter generation.</span></li><li><span>Partner with HR to ensure job profiles are accurate and up-to-date and job evaluations are completed.</span></li><li><span>Actively build relationships with candidates and professional organizations including recruitment agencies, Oracle (for ATS-related issues), Driver Check (pre-employment testing) and Profile Screening Services (background checks).</span></li><li><span>Work with the HR and Hiring Managers to define and execute strategic recruitment plan.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><strong><span>What you bring:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Bil- LocationSainte-Catherine, QC
