*Job Summary:*
NAL Insurance Inc. is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in our new office location in London. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and written and verbal communication skills. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication and providing administrative support across all departments in our company.
While being bilingual in French and English is an asset, it is not required for this position.
*Duties:*
* Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and email, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with insurance-related matters, or connecting the client with the appropriate department.
* Assist in the processing of insurance applications, reporting, and policy documents, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
* Maintain common areas of the building by ordering and stocking coffee and other refreshments, running dishwashers daily, greeting guests, and preparing meeting areas for events as required.
* Serving as the main point of contact for vendors.
* Collaborate with internal departments to gather and organize information, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
* Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, keeping records organized and easily accessible.
* Other duties as provided by the direct manager or supervisor
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or customer service role.
* Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
* Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
* Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach.
