*About us* Cain Landscape Studio Inc is a small landscape design and installation company in Victoria B.C We are a growing company in which each member is a part of each project, having their thoughts and ideas listened to and utilized where applicable. Our company is currently seeking an experienced landscaper to join our crew and help lead projects to completion. This individual will be responsible for supervising and coordinating work crews and projects, ensuring that all deadlines are met. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively, be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills. \*\*Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license\*\* Responsibilities: * Supervise subcontractors when they are on site * Complete projects on time and on budget * Supervise yourself and work with crew members to ensure company quality standards are met. *Qualifications* * Landscape maintenance experience * Supervisory or leadership experience in a landscaping setting * Proficiency in irrigation systems and gardening techniques * Knowledge of horticulture principles * Background in construction is beneficial * Strong organizational skills and ability to operate basic computer programs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Company events Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-11-07- LocationVictoria, BC
