CUPE <p>Full Time (1.0 fte) Custodian Position <p>0.75 FTE at Keewatin Public School & 0.25 FTE at Valleyview Secondary School <p><p>1.0 (40 hours/week) <p>Evening shift - 8 hours/evening between the hours of 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. <p>Rate of pay ranges from $25.49 per hour to $28.10 per hour. <p>This position will remain open until filled. <p>RESPONSIBILITIES <p>Under the supervision of the Principal/Area Supervisor or designate, responsible for all care-taking aspects of the facility and grounds. Implements and follows guidelines within the Caretakers Manual/Plan Assist. The incumbent may be assigned to system-wide care-taking work where required.<p>QUALIFICATIONS <p>Grade 12 education or equivalent, good communication skills, ability to perform duties of the position. Knowledge of commercial cleaning products, materials and applications as well as knowledge of cleaning procedures as they relate to public buildings. Must demonstrate an ability to follow oral and written instructions.<p>Applicants must include, the name of three references, one of which is a recent supervisor, and authorization for the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board to contact the references.
