We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a *Marketing Coordinator*. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent attention to detail, creative, and is willing to take on a wide variety of tasks. *The Mansour Group* offers a competitive compensation package including health, dental, and life benefits plus room to continue with ongoing development and training. We?re looking for an individual who can take an idea and turn it into reality. *Roles & Responsibilities:* * Strategize and implement marketing plans and actions. * Publish, broadcast, and post information online as part of marketing strategies. * Work with the marketing and design teams to create customized advertising campaigns. * Monitor marketing activities * Plan, implement, and oversee the company?s communication network * Create objectives, timelines, and deliverables and present them to various teams * Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. * Conduct market research to determine customer trends and habits * Develop, maintain, and strengthen the Mansour Group brand across all media (e.g. LinkedIn) * Coordinate the ordering, design, and deployment of promotional items · Other duties as assigned *Requirements & Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in marketing is preferred * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role * Knowledge and skill in web-editing programs * Expertise in marketing automation software for electronic marketing * Excellence in marketing tactics, channels, and branding * Strong communication * Presentation, analytical, and critical thinking If you require accommodation during the recruitment process, please inform us of your needs.
