*Tank Traders® is looking for a Logistics Manager to join our Logistics Department in La Salle, MB! * We?re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Thunder Bay, ON. The ideal candidate will manage daily logistics activities, optimize processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of goods. With a focus on continuous improvement, the Logistics Manager will play a key role in upholding our high standards for customer satisfaction and operational excellence. *A Day in the Life:* * _Lead and Support Delivery Drivers_: Supervise all delivery drivers in 3 locations, serving as their primary point of contact for any questions, concerns, or assistance needed throughout their shifts. Build a collaborative and communicative environment to foster teamwork and reliability. * _Coach and Drive Performance:_ Guide drivers to meet and exceed daily delivery KPIs, ensuring adherence to company policies and protocols. Provide guidance and set clear expectations to optimize route efficiency, on-time deliveries, and customer satisfaction. * _Ongoing Training and Evaluation:_ Conduct continuous training sessions and regular driver evaluations to promote skill development and address areas for improvement. * _Safety and Compliance Oversight:_ Ensure all drivers follow safety guidelines and comply with regulatory requirements, performing spot checks and reviewing procedures to maintain a safe and responsible work environment. *What?s in it for you?* * A competitive starting salary range $75,000-85,000 annually * Comprehensive company benefits ?
