Sales Associate Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store success Qualifications: - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong organizational skills to keep track of customer interactions and sales goals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously - Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately - Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth.
