Job Description: The incumbent will report to the Manager of Adult Mental Health and Addiction Services while working under a supervisor. The successful incumbent will provide direct counseling services to individuals and couples alike, while managing a caseload. As well, the incumbent may also be required to provide outreach services through public education in the community and/or surrounding areas. Education:Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Licenses:Valid Class 5 driver's license Competencies:Basic - Assessment skillsBasic - Organizational skills Knowledge and Abilities:Ability to work independentlyAbility to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary teamAbility to be flexible and willing to change Other Information:The job responsibilities will be carried in the office setting.
