About the PositionThis position will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the plant in Candiac during the various shifts. This position will be responsible for production logistics, receipt of raw materials, shipment of finished products, coordination of the sanitation and pest control program, as well as all other related tasks related to the smooth running of the plant's activities. This position reports to the Plant Manager.Duties and ResponsibilitiesHealth & Safety:As a front-line collaborator, ensure that the work environment is safe for all employees, contractors and visitors present on siteDemonstrate a personal commitment to health and safetySupport and continue to develop the team's commitment to health and safety Identify and implement the tools necessary for a safe work environmentFollow ADM's health and safety standards and report unsafe behaviors or conditionsEnsure that all employees at all levels take responsibility and follow the rules.- LocationCandiac, QC
