Understand our clients needs and help them to our fullest with our different services and skills and continue to offer an ethical and fair approach to all business matters *Position Summary: * We have an immediate opening for a Retail Sales Associate in our Winnipeg Store. At HomEquip, a large portion of the work we do relies on our team of sales representatives/ equipment specialists to work with therapists and our customers to find the right home medical equipment. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to expand our sales team working out of the Winnipeg, MB. This role is a permanent, full time position. *Responsibilities*: This position ultimately requires oversight of the entire sales process from start to finish, which includes the following responsibilities: · Responding to requests for home rehabilitation equipment trials from therapists or clients · Fitting and adjusting equipment. · Setting up client?s accounts and invoicing them at time of purchase. · Handling returns. *Skills/Abilities:* * A strong desire to help others. * Personal integrity. * Willingness to work in a healthcare setting, with clients who could be experiencing some level of distress due to health issues. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Excellent collaboration skills (ability to work well with therapists, clients, the client?s support team, co-workers, funding agency representatives, etc.). * Patience to deal with customer issues and calls that do not end in a sale. * Motivation skills and a positive attitude. * Ability to work under pressure while managing a large case volume. * Ability to learn quickly and develop expertise on a complex variety of equipment.
