Our team of Supply Chain and Logistics experts speaks your language and operates in your world.</p><p>We are looking for a transport dispatcher for our client located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. The company is in the local and long-distance road transport business. <br> <br>Duties : <br> <br>- Plan and coordinate deliveries, optimizing routes to ensure punctuality and efficiency. <br>- Manage customer requests and proactively monitor transport execution. <br>- Work closely with drivers to quickly resolve unforeseen circumstances. <br>- Ensure smooth communication between the various internal teams. <br>- Analyze transport performance and suggest improvements. <br>- Keep transport management documents and systems up to date. <br>- Prepare transport and customs documentation.</p><p>Requirements : <br> <br>- Experience in a similar position, ideally in the transport sector. <br>- Excellent organizational and time management skills. <br>- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly. <br>- Good command of IT tools and transport management software. <br>- Good communication and teamwork skills. <br>- Ability to communicate in French and English with international customers and partners.</p>- LocationSaint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC
