<p>Hello, I'm Rayan MERRIEN, Recruitment Consultant FED ManuTech, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for the engineering and manufacturing professions. <br>We're experts who speak your language. <br>We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p><p>Your position <br> <br>I am currently recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor for one of my clients, a manufacturing company located in Varennes. <br> <br>Permanent position 40h/week - face-to-face - day shift <br> <br>Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks: <br> <br>- Be responsible for the optimal operation of equipment, ensuring preventive maintenance in line with production. <br>- Develop and improve procedures to ensure the smooth running of the department <br>- Organize the work of your team (service calls, work methods, schedules) <br>- Lead continuous improvement projects in the field <br>- Manage inventory, parts and building maintenance <br>- Coordinate the work of subcontractors <br>- Keep the CMMS system up to date (SAP) and monitor KPIs.</p><p>Your professional skills <br> <br>- Priority management and rigor <br>- Analytical skills and teamwork <br>- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills <br> <br>We're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes to get the job done. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams. <br> <br>Your profile <br>-Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment <br>-DEC or BAC in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance or any other relevant field <br>-French and very good level of English <br>-Proficiency in CMMS software, SAP an asset <br>-Proficiency in Office suite (Excel). <br> <br>- Salary: $75k - $90k depending on experience <br>- 40/hr week - face-to-face - day shift. Full insurance and company RRSP. <br> <br>*********The use of English is required for this position for the following reasons: <br>- Communication with international customers: As some of our customers are based abroad, you will be required to communicate with them regularly in English, both orally and in writing. <br>- Working with English-speaking partners: You will be required to work with English-speaking suppliers and partners to monitor orders and manage contracts. <br>- Drafting documents in English: You will be responsible for drafting reports, proposals and contracts in English, for our international customers.</p>- LocationVarennes, QC
