The Bay St. George Chamber of Commerce seeks an administrative professional to report directly to the Executive. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a vital part of our team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Skills and Abilities shall include:
? Strong knowledge of Simply Accounting/Sage 50 Pro.
? Skilled in analyzing data and research techniques.
? Strong written and communication skills.
? Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality reports.
? Excellent skills in time management.
? Effectively and efficiently plan, organize, and execute events with various numbers of participants.
? Ability to act as a communication liaison for the members within the outlined partnership.
? Ability to meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks at the same time.
? Ability to work as a team player.
? Strong administration capabilities that include taking minutes and organizing meetings.
? Strong knowledge of various computer programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
? Proposal writing experience would be an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
