*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and pediatric dentistry. The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in fostering a positive patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. * Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and cleanings. * Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies. * Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations. * Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar dental software systems. * Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development opportunities. * Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures within the dental office. *Experience* * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. * Experience in pediatrics is highly desirable but not mandatory. * Familiarity with Dentrix software is preferred; experience with Epic or CAD systems is a plus. * Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. * A commitment to providing compassionate care in a team-oriented environment.
