If you?re looking for a place where you can build your skills and be part of a company that truly values its people, 4Wire Electrical Inc. is the place for you. _*What we are looking for:*_ As an Electrician, you?ll handle installation and maintenance projects in residential homes, ensuring high-quality service and exceptional customer care. _*What You?ll Need to Succeed:*_ * *Certified Journeyperson* with a 309A or 309C Electrician License * Solid experience with *residential electrical systems* * Comfortable working both *independently* and as part of a *collaborative team* * Strong *customer service mindset* and excellent communication skills * A *responsible* and *accountable* work ethic with a positive, problem-solving attitude * *Valid driver?s license* with a clean record * *Clear criminal record* * A strong focus on *safety* and a genuine desire to keep learning and improving _*What will you do:*_ At 4Wire Electrical Inc., we want our Electricians to take pride in becoming masters of their craft, providing top-tier service while offering customers expert advice on the solutions that fit their needs. If you?re passionate about delivering the best, here?s what you can expect: *Key Responsibilities:* * *Lead* and complete residential electrical projects with excellence. * Perform service and installation work on *hot tubs, generators, custom build homes, multiplexes and apartment complexes.* * *Educate customers* on how to maintain and operate their home?s electrical systems. * Conduct both general and detailed *electrical inspections* to ensure everything is up to standard. * Maintain open communication with managers, and installation teams to ensure seamless service. * Participate in regular training to continue growing as a professional. * Deliver a *five-star experience* on every call and ensure the customer is satisfied before leaving. * Contribute to and uphold our high standards for *health and safety* in all projects. * *Mentor apprentices* to help them develop into skilled, well-rounded electricians.
