*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Red Seal Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires proficiency in using various tools and equipment, as well as the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Plumber will work on a variety of projects, ensuring that all plumbing installations meet safety and quality standards. *Responsibilities* * Install, repair, testing and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. * Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. * Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions for repairs. * Weld piping systems as necessary to ensure secure connections. * Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and HVAC technicians, to complete projects efficiently. * Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations during all work performed. * Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. * Investigating leaks and making repairs as required. * Troubleshooting, repairing, and installing toilets, kitchen sinks (including undermount) and drainage, faucets, shower cartridges, dishwashers, basic 40 gal HWTs gas and electric, commercial flush valves. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role is preferred. * Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. * Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including installation techniques and maintenance practices. * Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team on various projects.
