To provide the ideal career path for you, rotational job experiences will be assigned based on preferences, skills, development opportunities, and business needsWhat we're looking forWith our Grad Program you will build your Human Resource knowledge through a total of 6 rotations and real, business-related projects, which may include roles within:Talent AcquisitionOrganizational DevelopmentCompensationMental Health and workplace practicesProject ManagementAnalytics and reportingEmployee and Executive servicesHuman Resources or Labour Relations business unit supportRequirementsYou have a Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Management programs or related field completed before the program start date. You must have flexibility to work in different locations within Montreal and the Greater Toronto Area.Leadership SkillsYou are a skilled communicator balancing urgency, empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely, and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue.
