We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. *Duties*
* Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards.
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and food preparation schedules.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
* Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
* Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
* Assist in managing kitchen supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
* Provide exceptional service to guests by accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences.
*Skills*
* Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
* Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example in a busy kitchen environment.
* Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
* Creative flair for developing new dishes while maintaining traditional favorites.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
