Oversee the analysis of data and information. Write plans describing project specifications and construction schedules. Schedule work of other staff. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Supervisory Experience. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff. Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments. Plan and organize construction projects.
