*Job Summary* We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling and customer service, with the ability to create exceptional experiences for our clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a range of hair services while ensuring that each client feels valued and satisfied. *Duties* * Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. * Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sanitation procedures. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products. * Engage in retail sales by recommending and upselling hair care products that complement the services provided. * Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records as needed. * Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling to provide clients with innovative options. *Experience* * Proven experience in hair styling, preferably in a salon environment. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Retail sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling beauty or hair care products. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
