The Moose & Bannock, a First Nation owned restaurant located at Regina is coming up in 3 Ave N, Yorkton. It is a pioneer in Indigenous cuisine in Regina SK. They are looking for a committed Restaurant Manager, preferably with prior exposure to indigenous cuisine and First Nations culture and traditions. Ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications: · At least Four years of management or related experience working in the restaurant industry . Team Management, Managing Disciplinary issues & Team motivation · Excellent Customer management skills & interpersonal skills . Focused approach on Productivity and store performance is required. · Basic computer skills · Be a fast learner · Be a good team leader and an excellent team player · Excellent oral/written communication skills · High degree of attention to detail .
