We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tire Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of tire maintenance, repair, and replacement, with the ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience in tire services who are looking to advance their skills in a growing and dynamic workplace. *Responsibilities*: * Inspect, repair, and replace tires for a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs. * Perform tire mounting and balancing. * Diagnose and troubleshoot tire-related issues. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition. * Provide excellent customer service by explaining tire issues and maintenance options to customers. * Assist with inventory management and ordering of tires and related products. * Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times. *Requirements*: * Minimum of 6 months of experience as a tire technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role. * Knowledge of tire brands, types, and specifications. * Ability to operate tire-changing equipment, balancing machines, and other relevant tools. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. * Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy tires. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Valid driver?s license is required; CDL is a plus. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed. *Preferred Qualifications*: * Automotive service technician certification or equivalent. * Experience with wheel alignments and suspension work. * Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair systems. *Benefits*: * Competitive pay with performance-based incentives. * Health and dental benefits. * Paid time off and holiday pay. * Employee discounts on tire services and products. * Ongoing training and development opportunities.
