Our housekeeping team plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our rooms, ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and providing excellent service to ensure our guests? comfort and satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: ? Clean and prepare guest rooms for arrival, ensuring that all areas are spotless. ? Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock room amenities. ? Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers. ? Vacuum, mop, and dust all areas of the guest room and common spaces. ? Ensure rooms are maintained according to Best Western?s cleanliness standards. ? Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management team. ? Provide guests with additional items as needed (e.g., extra towels, toiletries). ? Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently. ? Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including the proper disposal of cleaning agents. ? Assist with laundry services when required. Qualifications: ? Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. ? Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. ? Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. ? Ability to lift, push, and carry cleaning supplies and equipment. ? Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Benefits: ? Competitive pay ?
