Pride Beauty Lounge is a day spa and salon located in Lower Sackville, NS focused on providing gender neutral services and a safer space beauty environment. We offer hair styling, esthetics, massage, and nail beauty treatments. Our team of beauty professionals are experienced, passionate, and we work together to create a professional and fun work environment. *Overview* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience through your expertise in beauty treatments, sales, and customer service. *Duties* * Provide skincare treatments, relaxation massage, all genders waxing including brazilian waxing, manicures and pedicures, gel nail enhancements, lash lifts and brow laminations. * Assist at the front desk with guest services, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. * Upsell products and services to enhance client experiences and meet sales goals. * Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients about their needs and preferences. * Be retail efficient * Have a high booking rate *Qualifications* * Attended an accredited Cosmetology School. * Licensed through Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia. * 1+ years experience working in a salon * Reliable & punctual * Current client base is considered a strong asset * Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations. * Ability to upsell products and services confidently. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.
