*WAREHOUSE MANAGER* Allcan Distributors supplies quality communications products since 1977. Allcan Distributors has become on of Canada?s most trusted providers of wireless communication and cellular support equipment. We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our Edmonton Team. The Warehouse Manager will oversee day to day operations, train, and evaluate staff. To ensure success we are needing someone who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform responsibilities in a manner that maximized efficiencies. You will focus on optimizing warehouse operations and assisting streamlining internal processes. *Key Responsibilities:* * Overseeing warehouse and distribution operations. * Implementing operational policies and procedures. * Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. * Ensuring safety of staff. * Manage a team of warehouse staff, recruiting, providing training and support to enhance productivity and efficiency. * Monitor business volumes to ensure all aspects of fulfillment are handled on time, correctly and cost-effectively. * Determine cost effective logistics agreements, planning, and shipping methods. * Assist with all other duties as required. *Required Qualifications:* * Post-secondary education. * 5+ years of Warehouse Management experience. *Required Skills:* * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Excellent communication skills * Ability to manager multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite. *What We Have to Offer?* * Compensation will be based on a combination of education and experience. Salary rate ranges between $60,000.00 / annually - $80,000.00 / annually. * 3 Weeks paid vacation * Schedule: Monday ? Friday 8:00am ? 4:30pm. * Participation in the Family Extended Health Benefits program after completion of 90-day probationary period. * RRSP program with 3% employer matching up to $2,250.00/year, eligible after 90-day probationary period.
