We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu development, and staff management, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

* Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
* Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximize profitability.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor kitchen performance, making adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and quality.
* Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth among staff members.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
* Strong knowledge of food handling practices, safety regulations, and culinary techniques.
* Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in both food preparation and kitchen operations.

Pay: $4,301.05-$7,000.00 per month
