<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are looking for a skilled <strong>Plumber</strong> with proven experience in <strong>new construction commercial/ICI (Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional) construction</strong>. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in compliance with applicable codes and standards.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems in new commercial/ICI construction projects.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building specifications.</li><li>Ensure plumbing systems meet all safety and building regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with other trades and contractors on-site to ensure project timelines are met.</li><li>Test plumbing systems for leaks and perform necessary repairs.</li><li>Provide accurate documentation of work completed and materials used.</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Licensed Plumber (Certificate of Qualification).</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>new construction commercial/ICI construction</strong> processes.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.</li><li>Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.</li><li>Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li></ul></div></div>- LocationToronto, ON
