Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffingTrack stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessaryTake ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expensesAddress customer needs, comments, and complaintsAdhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standardsProcess payroll and maintain all relevant recordsEnsure all employees are working within outlined operating standardsReport on financial performance, inventory, and personnel Requirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredAt least 1 years of food and beverage service industry experience requiredWorking knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and securityStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent leaderships skillsDemonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgetsComfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as neededExtremely organized and detail-oriented
