Position #: 200509 Expected Start Date: December 16, 2024 Union: SGEU Facility: Creighton Community Health Centre City/Town: Creighton Department: Home Support Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: March 05, 2025 FTE: 0.8 Shift Information: Days, Weekends Hours of Work: 1 shifts of 4 hours and 1 shifts of 6 hours and 10 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) Travel Required: Yes, local travel. Driver's license and vehicle required. Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.
