Position #: 083311 Expected Start Date: January 13, 2025 Union: SEIU Facility: Southwest Integrated Health Facility City/Town: Maple Creek Department: Home Nursing Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: July 11, 2025 FTE: 0.49 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends Hours of Work: 17 shifts of 6.5 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) Travel Required: No Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.
